Our clinic is based in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. We do not provide home visit services as our medical tools & equipment are not available for transportation.
Depending on your procedure, your appointment may take between 1-3 hours. We do require a first introductory appointment to perform patch & allergen test prior to having any procedure.
Yes! If you’ve suddenly become unavailable on your appointment date give our clinic a call and we’ll try and reschedule you for the nearest available date. However cancellations made less made 48 hours prior to due appointment would incur a 30% cancellation fee.
A £50 Non-Redundable deposit is required upon booking, failure to make this payment will result in your appointment slot being lost.
If you cannot make your appointment please let me know as far in advance as you can! We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for a later date. 72 Hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment, any less and the deposit becomes non transferable.
Less than 48 hours notice requires 50% of the treatment price to be paid
Less than 24 hours notice requires 100% of the treatment price to be paid.
Anyone who fails to do so will be unable to book any future appointments unless the remaining balance of failed appointments are paid. Thank you
