A £50 Non-Redundable deposit is required upon booking, failure to make this payment will result in your appointment slot being lost.
If you cannot make your appointment please let me know as far in advance as you can! We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for a later date. 72 Hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment, any less and the deposit becomes non transferable.
Less than 48 hours notice requires 50% of the treatment price to be paid
Less than 24 hours notice requires 100% of the treatment price to be paid.
Anyone who fails to do so will be unable to book any future appointments unless the remaining balance of failed appointments are paid. Thank you
